ZOEgirl was a Christian pop rock band made up of Chrissy Conway-Katina, Alisa Childers and Kristin Schweain. Their debut album in 2000 had four different top five radio hits. In 2002, ZOEgirl was given a Dove Award for the top New Artist of the Year. Prior to announcing that the band members would each go their separate ways after their farewell tour in September 2006, ZOEgirl released three more albums and one extended play disc.

On September 2006 via their ZOEgirl fan club site, the group announced that they would quit recording music as a group so that members could tend to their personal objectives:

• Chrissy Conway-Katina had a baby, but is currently writing and recording for a solo album.
• Alisa Childers is working on a solo album set to release later this year.
• Kristin Schweain gave birth to a baby, February 13th, 2007. She will continue writing and recording songs for her upcoming album.
